Officer Jack McLamb (ret.) has the distinction of being the highest decorated police officer in the history of Phoenix, Arizona. Now residing in a Constitutional Community in northern Idaho. Sheriff Richard Mack was elected Sheriff of Graham County, Arizona in 1988 and re-elected in 1992. He was named Elected Official of the Year by the Arizona-New Mexico Coalition of Counties in 1994. Mack challenged the constitutionality of provisions in the so-called "Brady Bill" that compelled state executive officers to administer federal programs. The constitutional challenge was brought by Jay Printz , who is a sheriff in Ravalli County , Montana. Sheriff Printz claims that his understaffed office will be dangerously overextended if it must conduct time-consuming background checks on individuals who wish to purchase handguns. Printz's county has thirty thousand residents spread over 2 , 400 square miles ; only two deputies are on patrol at any given moment. According to Printz , deputies will have to be taken off patrol and investigative duties in order to do Brady work.. The Justice Department has countered that the Brady law only requires local law enforcement officials to make reasonable efforts at background checks. Jay has been in Iraq training Policemen

David Thibodeau Waco survivor , located just outside Waco, Texas, when the place was raided in 1993 first by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, and, later, by the FBI. Thibodeau is one of nine Branch Davidians to survive what is widely recognized as the single biggest disaster in federal law enforcement history: As a result of the two raids, 80 Branch Davidians were killed, including 21 children; four federal agents also died there as well. The 30-year-old Thibodeau, one of four Waco survivors not charged with any crimes, is the author, with Leon Whiteson, of A Place Called Waco: A Survivor's Story

Florin and others in the region say Pace was working for U.S. intelligence, though that could not be confirmed. Pace disappeared as mysteriously as he appeared when NATO began its bombing campaign in March 1999. His whereabouts remain unknown.
